steering problem

Same truck (2008 F250 FX4 Diesel) with a 6" BDS Lift and nothing but steering problems since I got the lift a month ago. Sitting at Ford right now.

Heard a thousand opinions from a thousand different people. PLEASE HELP!!

Pitman Arm Nut is torqued to 350 lbs.
Sector Shaft and Drag Link Joint to Pitman Arm seem a "little" loose.

What do you think??

hah sure sounds familiar. I had the pitman nut torqued, replaced drag link, alignment, tightened the steering box nut as tight as it will go, ford gave up and sent it to the off-road shop. They said that's it drives like an f250 and it was the best driving one they had been in. Apparently the slop is just part of the deal and i have to live with it.

Crossover steering here i come!

tnsilverfx4. If you still have problems you need to call pro comp and tell them whats going on. When the lift was done did they put a new 6" drop pitnmen arm on the truck?

Get a photo of the front of your truck and post it.
