since i have had my truck, for about 2 months now, it sometimes starts very easy and sometimes it cranks over longer. is this normal for the 6.0L`s. mind you it is not alot longer. sometimes you turn the key and fires up and sometime turns over 4 to 6 seconds before starting...also i have noticed with other trucks, some seem to run quieter than mine. even sometimes mine seems to run quieter than others. maybe it is just me....what will help to male them run quieter????

The 6.0 does take longer cranking time than the 7.3. This is due to the oil system and the fuel injectors. The truck must build a certain amount of pounds per inch of pressure to fire the injectors.
