when was the last oil change?fuel filter change?go buy a fuel filter,remove the old filter and see what color the fuel is inside the filter housing.if its black/oily lookin its time for injector orings.if its clear/yellowish color than the orings can be assumed to be fine.oil changes and good quality oil are important in these engines.i know when mine needs an oil change by the way it runs.when it needs to be changed the engine starts running like crap and low on power.these engines use the oil to fire the injectors.

Found the problem it was the harness under the valve cover one of the wires was fried. Took about two hours and a couple hundred dollars but it runs like new. Thanks for the help.
