Starter Solenoid wiring???

I put a new starter in my truck and new solenoid. My issue is when I try to hook up the batteries I get an arc from the battery to the cable and a clicking noise from under the hood. My question is do I have the solenoid wired correctly or is it wrong.
I have the two reds on one of the big posts and on clump of green and one clump of white on the other big post. with the small red on one of the small studs.

under normal circumstances you should get a small arc and hear clicking noises when connecting the cables because you do have things that are pulling power constantly, like the radio.

The clicking is relay energizing and moving, noting abnormal if it just clicks once and does not keep clicking.
