What's the best 'sway to go about correcting the speedo after you lift your truck. I just put on my truck and I know my speedo is off. Any ideas?

the dealership did mine. I fried my ECU awhile back, so when they replaced it, they said they corrected the speedo for free. So i don't know how much it will cost.
