Spare tire!

Hey,
I need to get a spare tire quick. When I bought the truck it didn't have the spare tire. It was ordered without the bed and spare tire.

I have the dually setup ( the base steel wheels) so where can I find something? I was thinking tire rack for a tire, but where can I get the wheel?

BTW- I have the bottle jack, 12V air pump, plug kit, and block of wood to sit the jack on. What tool should I get to remove the lugs from the rear dually? Seems too deep for a 4-way lug wrench.

for the rear duallys, should there be a long extension to reach into the wheels? Seems like there socket drive setup you suggest may need the extension.
