As the title indicates, Some pic's only have a little red (x) where the pic ought to be. Can someone explain what I need to change to see these pic's? running Windows Vista.

Typically the red X shows up when the photo link is invalid.

I really don't know how to explain, Sometimes when a picture is included with a post, it will show up fine. Then other times when some other post is viewed, it will show a small box with an X where the photo should be. I confused?????

right click on the red X and you should have an option to see properties, look and see where the file is supposed to be located.
