For tires that big I would buy a set of truck chains and cut them down to fit. Automotive type chains are not tough enough as far as I am concerned when it comes time to chain up a set of big biscuits. I chain up my plow truck once or twice a year to push back the snow banks in the driveway and a regular set of automotive chains would snap on the first push. Only thing I have found automotive chains good for is to cut them down to fit my 4-wheeler.

just a thought here-

we ran a set of chains on our 'old 943' bobcat last winter. pretty large tire, have no idea what size they were but my idea was to try perhaps contacting a skidsteer facility to see if they would even have a size to fit your tire. could be cheaper or same as a set of tractor chains:dunno

i want to see the look on the tire monkey's face when he asks for tire chains in Tampa :lmao:lmao I can hear the response now.. I'm sorry Mr. Dogman but we don't sell chains here, they are available at the hardware store but I wouldn't recommend putting them on your tires.
The tire monkey in Tampa sells 44" super swampers for guys the diddle around the mall parking lots, I bet they can get a set of chains in.

I was thinking of a set of truck chains and cut them down to fit. I have 2 sets of truck chains if I could find them. I dont think I sold them with the truck.

Guys were is a good place to get snow chains? I'm going to be taking a trip to New Brunswick, Canada In DEC.. I'm going to be hauling some custom equipment up there thats being made here in florida, so I want to get a set to have just in case I need them.

You've received good advice for all, but I'm going to interject something...
I'm not entirely convinced you're even going to see any appreciable amount of snow in the Canadian Maritimes that time of year.

In December, you're normally talking the "Alberta clipper" storms, which usually don't track much farther east then the Great Lakes and with more cold shots of air than moisture...

but hey... I'm not a meteorologist, and it's always better safe then sorry..

however..
