Doubt you'll find them in Tampa.

Get further north, and an auto parts store like Car Quest or Napa or such should be able to get them for you.

Maybe JC Whitney???

Your preferred tire shop will be able to get a set in for you.

i want to see the look on the tire monkey's face when he asks for tire chains in Tampa :lmao:lmao I can hear the response now.. I'm sorry Mr. Dogman but we don't sell chains here, they are available at the hardware store but I wouldn't recommend putting them on your tires.

Don't forget a good set of Tensioners, some wire and a good pair of gloves.
(and a tarp to sit/lay on if you Do have to chain-up)

What size tires do you have? I have a set here in GA that I may let go. I've got 285/75 R16 tires.

The set I have won't go that big. I only have three extra links on mine. Unless you get into some serious hills or icy conditions, I am not sure that you will need chains. The only times I have ever chained up was because it was mandatory or on a backcountry forrest service road. If you wait until you go North, you may have a hard time finding some to fit your tires. I had to order mine through the local tire place when I lived in WA.
