Hello,
I'm a new PSD owner and new to the site. First, there is a WEALTH of knowledge here. I already have a spare CPS in the glove compartment thanks to this group.
Anyway, when I first turn on the A/C, and when stationary, there is a strong diesel fuel smell coming from the vents. I did see moisture on the ground under the truck yesterday but i assumed it was condensation from the A/C.
Any ideas?

On my X when the fuel/water separator drain "O"-rings went bad it would just leak enough to get some of the frame-cross member wet with fuel and it would definitely blow fumes into the cab. All I had to do is replace the drain valve, some people just replace the O-rings which is what I should have done. Very simple to do, very hard to get at. You can find mine and some other post on the topic if you discover that is what it is.

Second the fuel leak. My pump was leaking and the interior smelled like an oilfield.

After I got that fixed, no more smell!

As always the first thing is to start looking for fuel leaks, double check to make sure that was only condensation on the ground, double check all connections and filters. I would not let any grass grow under your feet before you do this.

If it is the fuel water separator valve orings leaking the fuel may or may not be hitting the ground. The drain tube terminates right above the frame rail.

Look at the frame rail under the engine...........does it look wet ???

Sorry, It's been pouring rain everyday when I get off work so everything under there is wet. Going to try and get the front end in the garage tonight.

To test mine I attached a clear hose to the drain tube, rolled it around into a 12" circle about 3-4 loops then zip_tied that to the cross_member. That way if fuel did leak it would catch in the hose and not leak all over the frame. It also corrected the issue (no smell in cab) until I could repair it. But remember to keep the hose drained every couple o'days until you can fix it.

Finally got under the hood today. The moisture on the ground was condensation from the A/C. But, the drain valve is leaking a little bit. :( Where do I get the o rings? Dealer? Is this a repetitive problem or just an odd thing here or there?

You need two #202 Viton o-rings Simple change. Remove the drain valve via the four torx screws. Remove valve. Remove o-rings, install new o-rings. Re-install valve. Check for leaks.

That's it in a nut shell.

I just did this a few weeks ago just to do.

Replaced o-rings tonight. For what looked like a simple job, it sure turned out to be a pain in the butt! Turned on the key only to see fuel spit out of the very front of the filter cover! Found the gasket pinched up. Cleaned everything and tightened it down properly and no more leaks. I think I will replace the filter gasket anyway. Thanks dboyw for the o-ring sizes, got 4 for a $1(wish every repair was this cheap). Thanks everyone for your help.:D
