Slow to take off?

Had the same concern when I got mine. Do as described above and "roll into it" instead of stomping on it. I believe a lot of the lag is the fuel management strategy used by the 6.4L to reduce soot.

I also believe a Spartan tuner will greatly reduce the lag...!

Keep the brake to the floor and get the rpm's up and the turbo will spool up,then it will take off faster.
