Slow cold starting: How to check GPR???

wish I could give you advice on the gp relay, but my truck was from cali originally so it has a gp module. if I have a bad plug it throws a code...It is actually nice, I don't see why they didn't put them on the rest of the states models. Cost prohibitive? As far as oil goes, even if you put in 10w-40 diesel engine oil for the coldpart of the year, it will help a lot. that is what ford recommends running in 0-30 degree weather.

I'll check the manual again - I was told by a guy that rebuilds injectors to always use Rotella T. Don't remember seeing that they had the 10w, but I'll verify. Horse has already left the barn this winter, but I'll file this one away.
