Why is that?? It seems to me that it is a big waste of taxpayers money. We have plenty of things that need work right here on earth but we spend all that money going up there and gain next to nothing for it.

I'm begin'n to agree... I use to be a big NASA fan, but just WHAT do we achieve ? What gains are made. What benifit to mankind is made ?

The "Space Race" is over.

There ARE.. alot of things, right here on Mother Earth that need Fix'n. The BILLIONS spent by NASA could be better spent.

Anymore, It's not about "The Mission", and it's success. It's about... Will They Make It Back ?
