No it doesnt start now, not even on ether. not getting a tach signal now which has me baffled. Batteries are new last year. It hasnt started on its own since it orginally died. I wanted to start it to check the oil spouts and injectors with it running. I've already ordered a 17* hpop and IPR and new ICP. But this seems to be a new problem. Could the extended cranking burn out a fusable link or something? Gonna swap relays when i get changed.

Have you looked at the (CKP) Crankshaft Position Sensor? CKP is bad you well have no tach signal, no RPM, motor wont run with out it.

Injector Driver Module (IDM)?? it's down around the driver side wheel well I think. NOTE Take the keys out of the truck before playing with this, it will bite hard if the Key is on. ZZZAAAPPP

The WARNING from the tec book:
WARNING: Electric shock. High voltage wires are inside the red-striped wire harness. You may receive a severe electrical shock if the wires are pierced. Do not pierce!!!

Remove the driver side splash guard.
Remove the screws.
Remove the splash guard.

Remove the module.
Loosen the connector bolt.
Remove the wire connector.
Remove the two retaining bolts.
Remove the module.

Installation

Follow the removal procedure in reverse order.

yeah i checked my IDM earlier, its not burned or anything. Crank position sensor was my next thing to check. Its the only thing else i could think of. That would cause the no tach signal and no fuel.
