Shell Rotella 15w40

I have been using the Shell Rotella 15w40 in my 2002 F350 7.3 for a while all year round. In my region it can get cold anywhere from 0-30's during the winter. I have never had any issues with the Rotella 15w40 and starting my truck and plug in when I have to. Anyone else use the Rotella 15w40 year round as in my case?

I have, and it's running fine. I use it because it's free....LOL alone with motercraft oil filters and fuel filters. It's a overstock thing.

Winters reeel cold here

at 6500' in the Sierras and I use Shell or Chevron Delo (whichever is cheaper at Tractor Supply) without any problems.
Both our pickups have over 120000 on them, oil gets changed 5000-7500 mi.
Use strictly Shell 15-40 in the tractors, they occasionally get left out and never have a startup problem!

I use the Shell Rotella 15W-40 year round here as well. been running it since I got the truck 65,000 miles ago. Plug it in when it's below 20 degrees and never had a problem.

I use it year round. -20 (w/ plug in) to 105 degrees. No problem w/ this oil. Readily availible, cost effective, life is good.

Thanks for the feedback. I also have been using the Rotella 15w40 for a few years all year round with no complaints. Just wanted to get other valued opinions.
