seat spring squeaks

Anyone know what, if anything, I can do to make my seat springs quit squeaking? I thought about just spraying lube under the seat but that just doesn't sound like a great idea to me.

Don't be bashful. I've sprayed my seat squeaks AND an annoying squeak where the seat belt bolts to the moulding near my head. Just don't spray the seat mounting bolts.

Possible to pull the seat cover/pad off to locate the squeak?

possible but I have the marathon seat covers over the stock upholstery so dont really want to get that involved. I may just unbolt the entire seat and spray away. Im not sure if it is coming from the back or bottom part.
