SCT X4 Tuner Issue

Hello to all. New here. Just purchased a 2010 F350 with a 6.4. Previous owner tuned with a SCT X4 tuner. Truck runs great. First warm day in the NE and wanted to play around. When I hook the tuner up, I'm getting a message indicating "Preload Tune Support Disabled". Looked all over for the pre-progamed tunes however can't find them. Just spent the last almost 2 hrs performing the firmware update and still same issue. Any assistance would be appreciated and thanks.
