SCT X3 and Insight

Now I know why everyone thinks sct's are good tuners. Finally got around to playing with the tuner and Installing an edge Insight. I had an edge evolution with attitude and liked the monitor part of the edge. The insght has more features than the attitude and the sct tuner with custum tunes makes the truck run and shift like I hoped it would. Went with a economy, tow, and hot street with tq lockup and egr delete. The pre-programed tunes blew the edge away too.

I have the original Xcal 1 and it still amazes me at the power.

I hope to uprade to one of the newer ones someday.

Who did your tuning for the Xcal? I've been trying to get DJ's to do a tc lockup file for me but they say it would be too hard on the tranny. I know other tuners are doing it for a daily driver.

DJ did my tunes and my tq is locked. I havn't had it in long enough to tell if I like it or if it will cause any damage to the tranny.
