SCT Livewire...

bit of a noob question....when i shut the truck off the display screen stays lit. is this normal? don`t want to keep unplugging it from the OBDII port....i did read all the instructions and didn`t see anything in there regarding this...
thanks in advance for any feedback....other then that....

I'm not sure, I dont leave mine plugged in to be honest. Does it have a "sleep mode" that it goes into after "X" minutes of inactivity?

i thought about that, but if it does have a sleep mode, it is more then 60 minutes.......i did e-mail tech support for SCT, but haven`t herd back yet...may have to call them

not to bash sct but a dealer (not sponsor) took 17 days to call me back just regarding a question....

got a reply back from SCT. they said to HOLD the jog wheel down till it goes off...

see you should have just asked me i could have told ya that.

why in the world it is nowhere in the instructions is beyond me. It does go straight back to the monitoring screen though when you turn it back on.
