Screech

Im hearing a low screech coming from the engine any thoughts?

Is the "screech" like a brake screeching sound? or does it sound like a whining puppy?

In another post, you said you had Deleted the Air Filter. But with any luck at all... it could be yer Serpentine belt.. or the P/steering pump.. maybe ??

I had a whining sound, can't really find the words to describe it, but it turned
out to be a bad coolant bottle cap.

Phew it was just my tool box wow what luck i thought it was my turbo since i took off the air filter, (which i put back in 5 min ago) cuz later im heading down to the keys for some fishing and i dont want some Florida monster bug going for a tour of my internals. Planning on keeping it on until I fab my own hopefully this coming week

My whistling, whatever sound turned out to be the blown head gasket pressurizing the coolant system and making the wierd noise when the air came out of the degas cap........It started doing it about a year ago and got progressively worst. Sounds like a miniture hoot owl.....
