How many bags do I need to fill a form 3'x6'x4"?

I think I have it figured out to 10 - 80# bags but I am no expert.

Data sheet says 80# bag = .60 cu.ft. I think my form is 6 cu.ft so that would be 10 bags right? It also figures out to .23 yards and there site says 45-80# bags(3,600#) = 1 Yard. That would make .23 = 800# or 10 bags. Are my figures correct?

For some reason the guy that built the shop here on my place decided that it needed a drain 3'x6' :dunno I am going to reduce it to a five gallon bucket size - just big enough to fit in my trash pump.

I'm too tired to check your math but I will say that it wouldn't hurt to buy two or three more bags just in case. You can always take them back if you don't use them.

Your math sounds right from what you have. Experience says you'll need 13 though.

OK, 3x6x4" IS 3x6x.33=5.94 cu.ft. so 10, 80 pounder will give you 6 cu.ft. :clap::clap::clap:
