While it "can" be done, it takes a lot of work to put a pickup bed on a chassis cab truck. The frame is different. Morely made for flatbeds and service bodies.

Welcome. Is this a first gen Powerstroke or IDI Turbo? I had a '94 IDI Turbo for 14 years (in my sig). Never opened up the motor.

According to the VIN, it’s a 7.3 PSD.....

A quick rule of thumb though, if it’s a 94 and has an automatic transmission (E4OD), it WILL be an IDI (unless it was swapped in later). Ford didn’t put the automatic behind the PSD in 94. They were still working on the shift scheduling.

Good to know. My buddy had a '94 PSD that was the twin to my IDI. Same color, chassis, etc. His was the 5 speed like mine.
