Question Rust under truck

Looking at a 2015. I don’t know how to tell the difference between normal rust and “problem” rust. Anybody have any input on this:

On the frame, that's nothing. I'd be looking closely at the cab pinch welds and up inside the rockers as well as the box u-channels.

It needs new shocks....
This is my 2005 250, Open the drivers and passenger doors and look up by the front bottom edge of the door frame and area ahead of door if you see Rust there
