After going to a couple of Ford Dealers and body shops, I have been told that the only way to permanently fix the bubbling paint over my rear window is to replace the roof. This will cost between 5-6 k. I live in San Diego far enough from the beach where salt air wasn't a problem. I contacted Ford care ,since my truck is over 5 years old they won't even take a look at it. I have bought Ford vechiles for over 40 years. But I will never ever buy another Ford vechile. I even had a few of the Ford techs tell me this problem is due to the way Ford installs the rear windows. Perhaps I will visit a few Ford dealerships and point out that rusr is a expensive problem in Fords. Sad cause I haven't had many problems with my 2006 F350 crew cab, other than this it has performed well. Later on I will probably pony up the money to fix it, however I won't allow a Ford Dealer to ever work on my vechiles ever again. I know it is not the dealers fault, just don't want to give Ford any more of my money.
