Alllllright! I FINALLY got to change out my fiberglass running boards to the chrome tube steps this last weekend..

and for all you talking about the tube steps hanging low and being "ol' man" steps, you should hush cause nothing makes a truck look as dated as the fiberglass boards..

next I'd like to raise them up a bit -- but wanna see how several others did it as my brackets off the 08 truck have an ear on top that makes it hard to move up the brackets w/o cuttin it off...

but anyways -- here are the pics from my progress!!!

WOW, where did the Paw Paw truck go Blue? :D

Looks mucho better Blue.

I know of some that have moved the bottom hole to the top
and it move the steps up around 2 to 3 inches.

Just have to cut off the top of the bracket and drill some
new holes I guess.

Trucks looks real good with the new steps :sweet

Yep cut off the right above the bottom hole and drill a new hole and make hte bottom the top and the new one the bottom and try to say all this 3 times fast.
