It sounds like you need the inductive heating update for the PCM. My 03 did the same thing you are describing. This is a fairly common problem on the 6.0 and there is a TSB out on it. It preheats the injectors to allow the oil to flow when it the oil and engine are cold. Took it in and they did the update problem was solved. It should still be under warrenty.
