your P0603 is becase your programmer jacked with the ECM memory..
not saying there's anything "wrong" but it wrote over a piece of data the truck is looking for..

the rest of them are related to the tuner... including the P1211 which is likely from the HPOP running out of oil...

were I you, I would replace the GPR and ohm out the glow plugs..
most likely where the problem lies.

you could get one from NAPA/O'Reillys/Carquest for probably $90-$100

most likely thay're all going to be the same manufacture, as NAPA and Carquest are both going re-boxers.

I have to replace mine, too. It's been starting a little harder & smoking more in the mornings lately, and I was under the hood over the weekend doing something else and had to have the key on.. and I heard it buzzing away.. another sign it's failing (the contacts are rattling).

ok until i can purchase a california glow plug controller ($200) is it safe to plug int the block heater over night?

yeah but it's a waste..
Most guys rig them up on a timer and only warm the truck for a couple hours...

what's really cool is to warm them after it's snowed overnight..
give it the 2 hours and the snow slides off the hood in a big sheet..
