Rough Idle 97 7.3

I'm sure you guys have heard this over and over, but I need to figure out what is causeing a 97 7.3 to have a rough and low idle. I will almost stall then pick itself back up and idle, sometimes stalling. Codes that I got were PO344 camshaft sensor and PO603 internal control mod. I have heard some people who replaced the camshaft sensor still had issues. I am calling it a day and hope for some help.

well you can try the CPS since they are only like $30 or something like that now.

Do you have a way to read ICP in real time?....

Try unplugging the ICP connector & see if the Idle smooths out....

could be your idm with that internal controller fault.

Double or nothing its the IPR needing a good cleaning or O Rings replaced.
