Probably, but you'll hear the guy running the machine bitch when it chews the carbide cutter off every time it comes around. The other problem is you're also going to remove the chamfer from around the slots and holes. (Don't know if these even have holes, but it's true no matter what kind they are) Also, if these are chilled, I'm sure that metal treatment is only a few thousandths of an inch thick. You cut 15k/1000 off the rotor, you basically have regular rotor.

Yes you can turn them but most likely if you get the cyro'ed ones you'll never need to! All the machinist has to do is turn slowly, they should be doing this even on stock rotors to get the best surface finish anyway but most of them turn up the speed and go as fast as they can anyway! If they have a good bit the edge of the slots won't be changed and all will be fine. Do NOT get drilled rotors for our trucks, they will crack between the holes even in non heavy duty usage!
