Ring on front wheel

06 f350 has been driving a little rough, and we noticed this ring just hanging there on front passengers side. I assume it is suppose to be pressed up, but how do you reinstall it?

It is the oil seal for the front axle. Pull the axle and press it in (Hammer it in will work in a pinch).
