Hi all,

Haven't posted in a while, but I do check in most every day.
This weekend I need to replace the serpentine belt, and as I've never done this one before, I thought I'd check with you all for any tips and tricks to getting the old one off and the new one on.

The tension and idler pulleys seem to be OK at this point, no wobble or squealing, and the belt is still functional, though starting to fray in a few places. I don't plan on adding the duel tensioner at this time.

If you've done this before I'd appreciate any advice.

Thanks!

The nut size is 15mm. Use a 3/8 drive w/ 15mm 6 point socket. I slip a cheater bar (hollow length of pipe) over the socket wrench and push towards driver's side to loosen the belt. Easiest with two people as one hold the cheater bar while the other R&Rs the belt. Takes one minute.
