Any reason not to do this? I usually grab the wheel when climbing in... the
stock temp and trans temp gauges have to go... that plus Ford had a better
idea when they eliminated the voltage gauge

I was thinking of going with a 3 gauge pillar, ammeter and a real trans and water temp gauges.
The stock trans and water temp 'gauges' are totally useless.

tfalk, You would be better served with a volt meter over an amp meter. It will be MUCH easier to install also.

The tripillar does have a significant blind spot to it. I have one though. Bryan

Thanks guys... ended up ordering the windshield mount, volt meter, water temp and trans temp gauges. Should be amusing figuring out out to get the wires up top without wrecking the headliner...

I'll second the blind spot comment. However, I still love the location and it looks awesome there. I got the Pyro, Trans temp, and Turbo boost guages. This was one of those, "Honey I got have these guages before I pull that new camper, I might blow somethin' up" items.:p Seriously though, it is amazing at how much boost this 6.0 puts out stock! I would not tow with out them. :sweet
