I did the CCV mod this morning, and am planning on removing the intercooler and cleaning it out along with all the boots. How do you go about doing this? Does the radiator need to be removed? Just looking at it, the drivers side of the rad looks clear, however the pass side has some AC lines that will need to be moved to get the cooler out. Just looking for some insite on this! Thanks

Just remove the the obvious, factory jack, crossmember etc. There is enough room to squeeze the IC out with very slight nudge on the A/C lines.

Does the top cross member unbolt? It looked like one solid peice. There may be something hiding under the jack plate, I didn't look there. Thanks for the input!

Yes there are a total of 8 bolts, 4 on each side. Two on the front and two on the rear of each side. I believe they are 13mm
