I dont do my hand gun ammo yet but I do all my large bore rifle ammo myself. I have an RCBS Rockchucker. Its simple, fun and an inexpensive hobby, kind of addictive which actually leads to it being not so inexpensive cuz you wanna go blow up all the ammo you just reloaded.

Ive never heard anything bad about Lee. If its your first time at the reloading bench I would recommend staying away from a progressive and just start out with a single stage press.

I have been reloading 9mm ammo for years and I have a Lee bench press. It is simple and fun. Go for it. Get a good book on reloading.

If you're going to get a Lee, get an "O" frame press. They're stronger.

I use a Lyman T-Mag turret press, myself.

And bolt it down to something heavy and/or solid.
