Recall & TSB History

I was at the dealer the other day for the speed deactiv recall. I asked the service mgr for the recall history & TSB history on my 99 350. He said he cant "pull that info". Sounds like BS.
Where can I obtain the recall & TSB history ? Thanks.

Oasis Report/ BS

The dealer does have a difficult time pulling records for a truck 10 years or older, by law they don't have to stock parts that far back either. I worked at a local Ford truck center and the Oasis report should clerify Recalls/TSB's unless they changed that too. And in that case the dealer MUST provide you only with current recalls that are safety related. Call them with the VIN and try the Oasis report.

Ford Has a website that will show recalls. You just need to enter your VIN number. Here's the link to Ford's site: Recall Information - Ford
