In the recall notice it list recalled vehicles as E-250 -450 instead of F-series trucks. The body of the recall says F-series. Which one is it?

I just got a clarification on this. It is more for the F series than the first reported. Here:

It also appears that if you have an older truck, the recall only applies if your truck had the multifunction switch replaced in the last seven months or so. So no recall for me, it seems.
