that seems a good price 'from a dealer' as mine was more than that...but it was being torn apart anyway and i had them put it on..
take note of what bama had to say cuz, yes you do need longer bolts.
Here in Canada I just payed $94 for the cover. They also wanted $15 per bolt. I just used 1 1/4" 5/16 bolts ( .35c ea ) + lock washers. Looks awesome. Changed the rear pinion seal while I was at it.
