Anyone know if an 03 350 SRW has a gasket or liquid gasket on the Rear diff cover?

Yeap that should be a high temp silicone sealant that's used for the cover.

Actually... SKIP the frition modifier... the limited slip will work better and last longer. The additive is to keep noise down, when it's working properly. When's the last time you ever saw one of these work when making a right turn? I'll answer that... NEVER. If it isn't toast already, leave the additive out. flush the gears and the case and refill.
