Rear CAB Mounts! I typed it bassackwards!
Ok I give, how the heck do you get the rear cab mount rubber out of the mount holes!?!?!?!?! (97 F250 Crew Cab 4x4)
I have the bolt out, the cab raised but I will be darned if I can get the old rubber to come out.
Jacking on the rubber just makes it fatter and tighter, not way to get the sawzall in there on the drivers side. Tried the sawzall on the Pass side but does not seem to want to cut it off, just melts and balls up the blade.
I can not get the factory washer with the nut fastned to it off the ol rubber either. I suspect if I could get that off I suspect I could jack the center of the rubber and it would push through.
So whats the secret?

Ok I was wondering reading another post was not very clear as to what was being drilled.
Something like a 25/something drill bit.
I will look it up again.
Seems like the hole that the mount sits in is pretty big though, but even the weight of the truck will not press it out so something is holding it in.
There is not any type of expansion tube that came with the energy suspension kit though, guess they do not use them.
The instructions suck,
