Read Marks - again

Can we PLEASE go back to database tracking on the read marks? If I close a browser and come back later everything is turned back to unread. Even a post I made myself.

Have you tried deleting your cookies to see if that helps?

I am using IE 6.0 with all the updates. Yes, I have cleared cookies and the issue just comes back. When we were on DB tracking it worked great.

This doesnt happen on other sites, just as a side note.
