Not a new diesel man but a new Ford diesel man. I had a 98 dodge diesel 6.0 and had no problems with the engine. However, the brakes, air conditioner, body, etc., had plenty of problems.

Now have a 2006 F350 Super Duty Auto 6.0L 4x4 with 43771 miles. And guess what, it is in the shop because it wouldn't start and I had to have it towed to a dealer. The dealer said they finally got the truck into the shop 1 1/2 days after it was towed to their lot. The service manager said the mechanic started the truck and drove it into the repair bay. He also said they are getting ICP codes on the computer. He said they still don't know for sure what caused it to not start but they have been working on it for 6 days now.

I hope the injector control pressure (ICP) problems are covered under the 5/100.000 powertrain warranty.

Does anyone know the the ICP problems are covered under the powertrain warranty?
Thanks. http://www.superdutydiesel.com/forums/images/icons/asking14.gif

Yes that should be covered by warranty.
