Rattling and vibration

About a week ago, my truck started doing some kind of rattling. This rattling also creates a vibration that can be felt in the seat and steering wheel. When I hit a small bump, the rattling will stop, but returns after a little while. This starts as early as 25 MPH but usually around 55 MPH.

What could this be? I got under it and nothing seemed excessively loose. The truck still goes in a more or less straight line. The truck has almost 118,000 miles and I imagine most of the suspension is stock still. I greased everything about 5,000 miles ago.

tire pressures, last time the wheels where balance checked, shocks?

Exhaust gettin loose? The exhaust could be resting on somethin like that heat shield or the transfer case and that will feel like yer front end is goin bad. Seat of yer pants vibration.

Tire pressure is 65 all the way around. Tires balanced about 10,000 miles ago; even wear. I do not know about the shocks...Ranchero 9000s I believe, and have been on there a long time.

Rubber shock bushing(s) worn/cracked/missing ?

D-side I/C charge tube hitting on something, under torque load ?

broken belt in tire or weight fell off. I have free rotations and checks with the rotations. can someone do that for you? But yeah some times its hard to tell if the mounts are bad. got to take a hard look at every one.
