Help Needed Ran out of gas; idling rough now

X2 on what Joe and Dave say about the gas vs Fuel or diesel thing, plus running low or out of fuel is real bad on that fuel pump inside the tank. They are not cheap or real easy to fix.

There is s screen in the tank on the pickup foot.

Fuel pump is on the DS frame rail. It has quick disconnect fittings that can suck air and make the truck run rough.
