We're git'n it here in CenCal. Half'n inch yesterday. .08 per hour now.. been doing that for 8 hours. Some local flooding, street gutters are back'n up, Some Trees down, everything not covered is squishy/sloppy/saturated.. Night-crawlers on the Driveway.

Measuring new snow in the Sierras in Feet.. not inches. 3-4 more days of it yet to go.

Anybody east of here better git ready :dunno

Probably be like the snow I got last year. Snow all night, I'm thinking hot damm. Lock the 4 wheel in, get up the next morning and it's melted by noon! AARRRRGGGG.

9 AM.. Never Stopped.. All Night, still raining @ .05 an hour. Heavier at times. Windy now too.

Bob the Cat went out.. looked left, looked right: The hell with this.. came back in.. rolled up under the Christmas Tree.. and buried his nose. Life Is Good. Wet.. but Good.

I saw last on weather channel that you guys in the upper elevations could see up to 15 FEET of snow!! That is CRAZY! The rain unfortunately could cause mud slides from what they also. Stay safe and dry Big Joe!

Took a little drive. Ponding basins are filling up, minor street flooding due to leaves plugging the drains, trees down here'n there. Quit raining for a few hours.. a good thing, so the water can leech in. Looks dark off to the west, so more on the way.

This has been a good one. Local Radar shows more coming too.

Oh Well, we needed a good soak'n. We're git'n it. 3 inches so far. 2~3 days to go.

Wow, Joe, i was just in madera on friday. I think i got outta there just in time. You guys had this going on last year to didn't ya'? I seem to remember some snow in bakersfield round this time, had everyone in a panic. Caltrans was shutting down the 58 and the grapevine. And I was right in the middle of it. I think i just missed it this time, I'm in Dallas, and it's 65 degrees here today. Dry as a bone too. Do you have a boat w/a powerstroke too?, You might need one before it's over!
