Yeah good luck....study and practice works great in place of luck, though. A whole bunch of grandfathering was done back in the late 70s and early 80s. I've been waiting since 1977 to get grandfathered to Extra. Looks like it ain't gonna happen and I'm heart-frikken-broken over it.
