So I'm driving down a country road on my way to train when the truck starts to buck. Happened a couple of times, then ran okay for a few minutes. Bucking started again and this time the engine died. Managed to pull the truck off the road, gave it a couple of minutes and tried to start it but failed. When I did get it started it died out again. Had to get it towed to the house. Put the key in and it started right up here at home.
My question is would this be caused by the CPS?? I had it replaced last year per the recall and was told it would last a long time because they were being made by a different company and would hold up a lot better.......typical Ford B.S. Never had a problem with the truck til now. I wasn't smart enough to get an extra one to put in my glove compartment so going out to get one shortly and see if that'll fix it.
Any advice appreciated.......thanks!!!!!
