Well, my problem ended up being a fried FICM. I get my truck back tomorrow. They indicated that a dead battery fried my FICM do u think this is a correct statement?

It is very possible, but without more facts, it is hard to guaranty. You have two batteries that work as partners on their chores. If one battery goes bad, you MUST replace BOTH batteries as a pair! You will kill the new battery if you don't. Get the best you can and do not skimp on the CCA (Cold Cranking Amps) rating. Motorcraft and Sears are two of the batteries.
