PROBLEM WITH EGR

well for all those that have helped in this long battle I have fond the problem after taking the truck to yet another dealer i have two bad injectors #3 and #8 so they told me $998.00 parts and labor if this is a crazy price please let me know THANK YOU EVERYONE

cant say about the price, but you could do some checking
via the web & some online retailers.

w/ 112k + you wont have any warrenty coverage.

personally im not necessarily shocked that youve got bad
injectors...since youre running some kinda HP mod (flip chip or
programmer...i dont know the bullydog system at all)...

all these flip chips & programers work by increasing pressures
and the amount of fuel...if these are the 1st injectors ever put
in your truck in 112k miles im still impressed.

there is a saying 'round here...youre gonna pay to play (in the hp
increase game)

that is the first i have heard of re: the cracked pistons/rockers. YES, it is blue smoke in the morning (first start)

sorry maybe it wasnt rockers that were bust...maybe this was
what i was remembering (and apparently not too well)...

most of the stuff i recall reading/hearing on THAT other site
were from guys that had tuners of some type....but as
i recall there were come cracked pistons on rear cylinders
