OK... I pulled the passenger side hub. Looks good, no visible or mechanical wear or looseness. I plan on cleaning it up, packing the needle bearing and re-installing it. The rotor flange is indeed 13 MM on this side (passenger) also. The vacuum o-ring is there, but...the thrust washer was put in backwards (by the factory or dealer) and it is cracked in half ! ARGH! :dizzy

Attached is the Dana 50 (1998 1/2-1999 Pre March) Front Axle manual (F-250, F-350) which includes part numbers for those wanting this info. Also, I have included additional part numbers for this axle. The best deal on quality parts is from Bronco Graveyard.

The Auto-Lock hub o-ring is a NAPA 645-1000
The smalll axle tube seal is a NAPA 21918 (SKF)
The Hub Needle Bearing is a NAPA B2110

To be exact, I believe that the hub/rotor change was as follows......on and before 3/21/99 was the "old style" (10mm flange).....on and after 3/22/99 was the new 13mm flange. I changed my early '99 hubs and rotors over to the newer style because they are cheaper and easier to find.

I agree Commander, I ended up replacing mine with the post 3/99 hubs and rotors, new pads, new seals, new o-rings, rebuilt the auto hubs, new Moog ball joints, new U-joints, new outer axle shaft and $1,200 BUX later! Now to tackle the rear end...
