I just bought a 03 F450 165K miles with the 6.0 auto, When you put the pedal to the floor it will get to 3000 rpm and will not go higher. if you push pedal halfway down it will shift about 2500 and cruise down the road. the truck has just had a new turbo installed before i bought it. the engine is smooth and speed up to 4000 rpm under no load. any suggestions where to start. engine is stock and has not had any work but turbo. thanks Doug Parker
